Replacing the wheels on an old scooter is worth it. If you notice the scooter rides rough, take a look at its wheels: chances are they are flat, especially the back wheel because of the brakes. I have replaced the wheels of a couple of scooters (my daughter's and mine), and they are as good as new. All you need is a couple of 5mm allen wrenches. I purchased these wheels to replace the guide wheels on my Nordic Track CXT980 eliptical trainer. One of the original wheels failed at the spokes and wobbled terribly. Perfect for the Original Razor scooter, exactly as described, work perfectly. Now that I switched the wheels out with the new bearings too, spin a lot more smoothly when riding and go further because there is less resistance in the bearings now since they are clean/new. -- Good Wheels
The wheels fit the scooter my grandson has but they are 2mm's smaller than needed. I advise measuring carefully to get just the right ones. That being said, these still work fine and he is zipping down the street just fine. -- OK but measure carefully
