I have no issue with the product I do have an issue with the fact that Amazon will not take responsibility for duplicating my order and now the seller is unhappy because he will be charged shipping the item that was refused. I purchased this for my 7 year old for Christmas. There are 2 back wheels for added balance which was perfect for her which are not on other scooters based around older kids. There is also a kick brake in the back which is a very nice feature. She loves it! -- Razor Carver-Great buy!
